Frequently Asked Questions

What does Unlimited Request Mean?

It Means, Once you subscribed, you'll be able to add unlimited design requests and they'll be processed one by one based on your priorities.

How is Communication Managed?

The entire communication will be async through the Trello board to speed up the work process. However if you need some precision, you can always talk to your dedicated support staff or record and loom video

How Does the pausing feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. You can always pause your subscription anytime

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

How fast is the delivery?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

 
What Software do you use for design?

We use all modern design tools including standard Adobe graphic design softwares and Figma. For software specific tasks like presentations, we used specifics tools like google slides, powerpoint etc

 
Is there any design work you don't cover?

We don't offer long form work like entire books, magazines etc. We also don't offer any form of 3D design, complex free hand illustration and shape-specific product packaging. If your work involves any of the above mentioned task, please talk to support for a custom quote based on the details of the task

 
What if you have only a single request

You can pause your subscription after your single request and return whenever you have more design needs. However than cannot be longer than 90 days.

 
What if i don't like the design?

This will never happen, even if something is not perfect from the first draft, no worries. You have unlimited feedback changes until you are 200% satisfied.

 
Wha's the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we don't offer any form of money-back guarantee, but if you're unsatisfied with our service, please get in touch We will try other takes based on your core requirements

 
Can I invite other team Members?

We Find solution support multiple users. You can add as many stake holders as needed on your Trello board.
